Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and professional Unarmed Security Guards to join our team. This role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling premises, monitoring activities, and responding to incidents as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols of the property, including parking lots, common areas, and building perimeters, to ensure security.
• Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations in accordance with company protocols.
• Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and document any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches.
• Prepare detailed and accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident logs.
• Receive and manage after-hours package deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and secure storage.
• Act swiftly and appropriately in crisis situations, following established emergency response protocols.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.

Requirements:

• Valid BSIS Guard Registration (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts.
